    With over 25 years of senior management experience, Ray's career and background includes being: A U.S. Navy Flight Officer, Entrepreneur, Management Consultant and Business Executive. Formally trained in Total Quality Management and Strategic Planning, he has extensive experience and hands-on practice in all forms of continuous process improvement. Ray has personally facilitated a number of complex strategic planning efforts in a number of different settings, ranging from the military, non-profit organizations to both large and small businesses. Well versed in Family Business Advising (Succession Planning), Lean Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, Organizational Development, Project Management, Knowledge Management and Information/Internet Technologies, he possesses a vast skill set.

    Specifically, Ray has been extensively involved in a number of industries that include internet technologies, international financial services, retail distribution and sewing manufacturing. He has been an entrepreneur as he started and co-owned one of the very first Internet Service Providers in San Diego in 1997. He fully understands the unique challenges and ever-changing environment of the small business owner. He is not only a Senior Business Consultant, as he is presently a co-owner of Honor Point LLC, a manufacturer of military equipment and other recreational gear located in Chula Vista, California who employs over 40 people.

    Most recently, Ray served as a Small Business Consultant for California Manufacturing Technology Consulting where he personally assisted the owners and executives of over 120 companies with all aspects of leading and operating their businesses. Prior to CMTC and for five years, Ray served as Chief Operating Officer of a successful retail distribution company, in 2007, he successfully conceptualized, planned, developed and staffed a spin-off company that soon became one the largest cut and sew production companies in San Diego, California. He led a staff of over 130 employees.

    Ray holds a Biology degree from the University of California, San Diego, a Master's in Business Administration (Financial Management) from National University and he is a graduate of the U.S. Navy War College. Ray is also a Galliard Group Level II certified Family Business Advisor. Additionally, he recently retired as a Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Ray is ever passionate on helping businesses succeed and achieving their maximum potential. An avid golfer and sportsman, he balances his time staying fit and being with his wife and three children.
